FSR was very responsive when I reached out them, the estimate was fair and returned to me quickly. Scheduling was quick and once on site the whole crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. 2nd hail store near the Belton Lake 2nd roof done by Adam and his team. Jason was a fantastic point of contact and during his inspection he discovered a hole from a mass tree canopy loss. He personaly patched it up to prevent futher damage and considering I recomended them to a few neighbors and a couple personal friends "enough said"

Richard helped guide us from start to finish, including helping answer questions my insurance company would not. Our roof was finished in one day, and the team came back the day after to make sure everything was cleaned up properly, and check for any old roof pieces that may have been missed (which we were thankful for as we have dogs).
