Never just a roof.A Promise, kept.

Rooted in Central Texas.
Built on Trust.
Adam Glazener got his start in roofing back in 2006, and he was thrown right into the deep end. His very first day on the job, he was sent to Fort Hood as a site superintendent. That’s where he was first introduced to commercial membrane roof systems, and it sparked something that’s stuck with him ever since.
From that day forward, Adam set out to learn the ins and outs of commercial roofing from the ground up. He spent the next 12 years traveling across Texas, overseeing large-scale single ply membrane roof projects from start to finish. Big jobs, tight deadlines, every kind of system and situation you can imagine. As Adam puts it, he’s seen it all.
Then in 2018, with a little pressure from a couple of friends around a card table and a leap of faith, FSR was founded. Adam took everything he’d learned over the years and built his own company the right way, on a simple belief that roofing should be done with honesty and integrity.
It’s no secret that Adam loves to give back. That’s something he picked up early, watching the owner of the company he worked for lead by example. Today, giving back to the communities and schools is a core part of who the company is.
Now you’ll find Adam in the office, focused on building a bigger and better team. He’s all about putting people in the right places to succeed, where they can grow and build a great future for themselves.
When he’s not at work, Adam’s time belongs to his family. He and his wife Kristan have their hands full with five kids, Harper, Henry, Hugo, Nash, and Goldie. You’ll often catch him coaching their sports teams, and there’s nothing he treasures more than watching them grow and helping them find their way in this crazy world.
Because after nearly two decades in this industry, Adam knows a roof is more than a roof. It’s protecting what matters most to the people who trust FSR to get it right, and that starts with the team standing behind every job.

“It is our pleasure to recommend FSR, LLC., whom we have used for several years. Not only in our business but in our home also. Last year they replaced our roof in our manufacturing facility along with replacing the walls and the overhead doors. We have been very pleased with the way they handled their business throughout the entire process.”— Kim Bloomer
