Available on any GAF Timberline shingle installation. Covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the shingles. Adds workmanship coverage from GAF for 10 years beyond our own guarantee. Requires a minimum of 3 qualifying GAF accessories installed with the shingles.
Steps up from System Plus with 25 years of workmanship coverage from GAF. Requires a full GAF roof system including starter strips, ridge caps, leak barrier, roof deck protection, and attic ventilation. FSR installs this as our standard configuration on most residential jobs.
The top tier. Adds 25 years of non prorated material coverage and 25 years of workmanship coverage backed directly by GAF, not just FSR. This is available exclusively through Master Elite contractors. It is the strongest factory backed warranty in the residential roofing industry.
Covers manufacturing defects for the life of the shingles plus 10 years of workmanship from GAF. Requires 3 qualifying GAF accessories.
Full system warranty with 25 years of workmanship coverage from GAF. Requires complete GAF roof system installation.
Top tier coverage with 25 years non prorated materials and 25 years workmanship. Available only through Master Elite contractors.
When installed with 4 qualifying GAF accessories, your Timberline HDZ shingles carry a wind warranty with no maximum wind speed limitation.
FSR is a TAMKO Pro Platinum Contractor. This gives you access to enhanced warranty programs on all TAMKO shingle products including the HailGuard series.
All TAMKO laminated shingles carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers the material itself for the life of the shingles.
Because FSR holds Pro Platinum status, your TAMKO installation qualifies for enhanced coverage. This includes up to 25 years of workmanship protection through TAMKO and coverage that goes beyond the standard limited lifetime.
HailGuard shingles carry an additional dedicated hail warranty of up to 20 years. This covers leaks caused by hailstones 3 inches or smaller in diameter. No other asphalt shingle on the market offers a standalone hail damage warranty. This coverage may help you avoid paying your deductible after a hailstorm.
All TAMKO laminated shingles covered against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.
Up to 25 years workmanship coverage through TAMKO. Available because FSR holds Pro Platinum contractor status.

TPO and single ply membrane systems carry manufacturer warranties of 15 to 30 years depending on the membrane thickness and system configuration. These warranties cover both material defects and weathertightness. FSR installs certified systems from leading manufacturers to ensure your building qualifies for the strongest available coverage.
Commercial metal roofing systems carry manufacturer paint and substrate warranties of up to 40 years. Standing seam systems qualify for the longest coverage. FSR handles the warranty registration and documentation for every commercial project.
Roof coating systems carry manufacturer warranties of 10 to 20 years depending on the product and application thickness. Coatings are a cost effective way to extend the life of an existing commercial roof without a full replacement.
Our guarantee does not cover damage from Acts of God including tornadoes, hurricanes, hail, or other severe weather events.
Damage caused by other contractors, trades, or homeowners working on or around the roof after installation. Normal wear from foot traffic, satellite dish installation, or HVAC equipment placed on the roof without proper protection. Failure to maintain adequate attic ventilation per manufacturer requirements.
