Adam Glazener is the founder and owner of FSR Roofing in Salado, Texas. He grew up in Harker Heights, graduated from Harker Heights High School in 2003, and went on to attend Temple College where he played baseball. That work ethic carried into his career when he joined Parsons Commercial Roofing in 2005. Over the next 13 years he worked as a site superintendent, building hands on expertise and leadership experience installing commercial roofs across Texas. In 2018 he took everything he learned and founded FSR with a commitment to dependable service, quality workmanship, and a professional approach from start to finish. Adam is married to Kristan and together they are raising five kids. Harper, Henry, Hugo, Nash, and Goldie. Outside of work he stays active in his family's life, coaching his kids in sports and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

I joined FSR in March 2021. I had worked for the Killeen ISD for 25 years and retired in December of 2010. I took on the position in accounts payable when asked by our son to help him out. A couple of hours a day turned into a full time job going on five years. My husband Jay Glazener and I have three sons, three daughters in law, nine grandchildren, and five great grandchildren with one on the way. We enjoy camping and family dinners together as often as possible. In my spare time I love to piece quilt tops, sew, work in my yard, and take care of my chickens.

Jay Glazener has called Nolanville, Texas home for most of his life. He built his career around project estimation and residential renovations, bringing a deep knowledge of material logistics and construction management to every job he touches. He pairs that traditional industry experience with a genuine interest in modern technology to manage complex building projects with precision. Jay is a devoted husband to Dorothy and a proud father of three sons. He has watched his family grow into a legacy that now includes grandchildren and great grandchildren. Outside of work he is an avid outdoorsman who looks forward to weekend camping trips and hosting family reunions.

My name is Christian Miller. I was born and raised right here in Bell County. I am a father, a son, and a husband to my beautiful wife Jordan. When I am not working you will find me hunting, fishing, or doing just about anything outdoors. FSR has been home for almost four years now. Getting to serve my community one roof at a time is what keeps me coming back.

I am an Insurance Specialist in the roofing industry and a licensed adjuster. I take real pride in supporting both our customers and the team I work with every day. Honesty and integrity guide everything I do, especially when it comes to helping homeowners and teammates navigate the insurance claim process. I make sure everyone understands what is needed, what to expect, and how we can advocate for them every step of the way. Whether I am reviewing documentation, answering questions, or stepping in to help, I am always ready to share what I know. My goal is to make the insurance side of our work feel clear, collaborative, and honest so our whole team can deliver the best experience possible. Outside of work I enjoy fishing, reading, crafting, and gardening. You can usually find me with my dog Tucker and my cat Lady Bird.

I was born and raised in Killeen, Texas. With a strong background in agriculture I went on to earn my degree in Agriculture Services and Development from Tarleton State University in 2020. That foundation combined with hands on experience has shaped my work ethic and my approach to everything I do. I joined the FSR team in 2022 as a Project Manager and have enjoyed every step of the journey since. I take pride in being part of a team that values quality, communication, and doing things the right way for our community. Outside of work I spend time with my wife Lauren and our dogs, horses, and goats. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, arrowhead collecting, leatherwork, and podcasting.

I am fifth generation from Bell County and a graduate from Texas A&M University. I enjoy hunting, fishing, land and wildlife management, mechanic work, and hanging out with family and friends on my off time. Working with FSR allows me to better my community and offer the best service possible to make sure your roof will last through all of the crazy weather Texas has to offer, and that is what sets us apart!

Diana is our Administrative Assistant and the person who keeps daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Over the past year she has supported the team with scheduling, organization, and communication to keep every project on track. She is especially great with customers and takes real pride in creating a positive and helpful experience from the first call to the final follow up. Outside of work Diana enjoys karaoke and has been known to strike up a spirited conversation with just about anyone who walks past her Ring camera.

By day I keep client projects on track as FSR's Client Success Manager. Outside of work I am deep in a Dungeons and Dragons campaign, catching live music whenever I can, and working on whatever creative or design project has my attention that week. If it involves good storytelling, bold ideas, or making something from scratch I am probably already into it.

I have been in the roofing industry for 15 years. I joined the FSR family in early 2022 and have been serving Salado and the surrounding areas ever since. Best decision I ever made.

Cody is a native Texan who has spent most of his life right here in Central Texas. With his family rooted in mortgage and real estate for over 30 years, the real estate industry has always been close to home. As a veteran homeowner himself, he takes real pride in helping clients accomplish their dream of owning their own piece of Texas. He is a two tour veteran, a Federal Firefighter, and a proud father to his son Hudson. When he is not on the job you will find him at local community events, on the golf course, hunting, fishing, cooking, or spending time with his family.

My name is Ryan Cebulski. I spent 10 years serving in the Army and now I am continuing that mission of service right here in Central Texas with FSR Roofing.

Chris was born in Temple, Texas and has been part of the FSR family since the very beginning in 2018. Outside of work he is passionate about golf and his faith. He brings that same level of dedication and care to everything he does on and off the job.

I came to Texas for the Army and have lived here for 6 years now. I have been married to my beautiful wife Justus for just over a year now. I enjoy hiking, hunting, shooting, and painting.

I am Josue, the lead project manager here at FSR. I am a proud husband and a father to two wild boys. Outside of work you will find me racing dirt bikes with the kids, fishing, or playing softball. FSR has been home and I would not have it any other way.

I am originally from Honduras and grew up right here in Killeen, Texas. I have been a metal project manager with FSR since 2024. Outside of work I enjoy fishing and spending time with my family.

Meet Tucker, FSR's resident morale booster and the friendliest member of the crew. Tucker has never met a stranger. Every visit comes with a wagging tail, bright eyes, and enough enthusiasm to turn any rough day around. While the rest of the team handles shingles, inspections, and insurance details, Tucker handles the important work of spreading joy. The specialty here is smiles, stress relieving snuggles, and unlimited affection for anyone who needs a lift. Tucker brings comfort, warmth, and a whole lot of heart to the FSR family.
